A realtor client asked me to choose more suitable colors for a large office building in the Highland’s Ranch area. As you can imagine, the cost and labor of painting something of this scale should not commence without confidence. Below is an example of a hypothetical rendering that shows one of the choice combinations we came up with for Parklane. I chose colors to make the building look softer and more contemporary.
